1st things 1st…

CashFlow and Time.

With these two currencies, all other things are possible.

Without them, nothing is possible.

Think about it…

If you had ALL the money (ie.. cashflow ) that you wanted, how would
you spend your FREE TIME?

Or asked in a different way…

If you had ALL the free time you wanted, how would you spend your money?

I don’t know about you, but when I’ve got free time on my hands, I
have a tendency to spend more money… eating out, buying stuff,
running errands, etc…

It’s amazing how quickly $60 can zip out of your wallet!

But anyway…

The important lesson here is to get your creative juices flowing with
regards to how you can have more of each…cashflow & free time…
without sacrificing one for the other.

And that’s the KEY.

The one way that I’ve personally been able to have more cashflow
& more free time is by leveraging technology… ie… the Internet.

Right now, I’m posting this article online from my top floor home
office while millions of people are stuck in dead-end jobs that they
despise. And the only reason they’re there is because they want
that paycheck at the end of the pay period.

I used to be one of those millions of people.

I spent my last 2 years in the restuarant field working at Red Lobster.

It got to the point of being so boring, so mundane, that I put
in my two week notice without another job to go to. I didn’t care.
I had to get out of there to save my own sanity.

And you know what happened?

Less than a week later, I got a job working 20-25 (VERY FLEXIBLE)
hours for a carpet cleaning company paying $15 an hr. The job was
4 minutes away from my apartment. It gave me the freedom and
flexibility I craved to pursue my online interests. While I worked
there, I was building a mini-empire from my apartment… using the
Internet.

So…

Take my story and use it as inspiration to do what you know
you need to do.

Especially if you’re in a dead-end rut like I was.

There’s no better time than the present to make a small change
that can have a HUGE ripple effect on your life months and even
years later.. all for the better.

I thank God for giving me the courage to walk away from a
weekly paycheck, benefits, 2 weeks vacation, etc… My life
has improved dramatically because of that one small decision
from 7 years ago.

What can one small decision mean for you?

Perhaps more cashflow and more free time?

Remember…

With those two currencies, all other things are possible.

Without them, nothing is possible.

Here’s wishing YOU the very finest that life has to offer…

Tim
